With a name like Pure Melon, visually explaining what the company does was paramount.

Never mind it referred to both the shape of the owner's head (in jest) and his philosophy of being pure and honest in every endeavor, the company focuses on corporate events. The site has changed a bit in the past couple of years, but my overall design still stands. I partnered with our outside development firm to build a custom WP theme and then completed the build myself.
